Healthcare worker transporting organs in an X°Port lung preservation system

X°Port

X°Port Lung Preservation System with X°Port Lung Preservation Solution

The X°Port Lung Preservation System enables lung preservation at 10°C.

X°Port Lung Preservation System

Overcomes geographical hurdles

Improved preservation allows organs to be transported over longer distances without compromising quality1

Optimized donor/recipient matching

Reducing geographical boundaries may facilitate better immunological matching between donors and recipients2

Reduced lung injury during transport

Controlled preservation conditions minimize ischemic damage3

Improved operating room logistics

Greater scheduling flexibility supports more efficient operating room coordination and resource allocation4

X°Port Lung Preservation System

Easy to maneuver with retractable handle and large wheels

Temperature logger with Bluetooth connectivity for seamless, continuous organ monitoring through the X°Port app

X°Port Lung Preservation Solution (XLS) is a low-potassium, dextran-based lung preservation solution designed for cold flush and static storage of donor organs. XLS protects endothelial integrity and minimizes cellular edema during transport and pre-transplant organ handling.

The only device designed to preserve organs at 10°C

Proprietary phase change material and insulating foam maintains lung temperature between 4–10°C for improved preservation times

Lung cradle designed for protection from excessive movement during transport
