Joe Kletzel joined Traferox as President in April of 2023 and is a veteran medical device executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience in the commercialization and development of novel medical device technologies. Prior to joining Traferox, he held multiple leadership positions over 5 years at Stryker Including Vice President of Sales Asia-Pacific, Vice President of Marketing-Visualization, and Senior Director of Market Development.
Mr. Kletzel joined NOVADAQ in 2009 as the General Manager, Cardiac Division, then became Vice President of Sales. Finally, Mr. Kletzel held the position of Vice President of International Sales until Stryker acquired NOVADAQ in 2017. Prior to NOVADAQ, Mr. Kletzel was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Kegonsa Capital Partners. Prior to that, Joe held positions of increasing responsibility at CardioGenesis (acquired by Cryolife), Imagyn (acquired by ConMed), and Deknatel/Snowden-Pencer (acquired by Genzyme). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Villanova University.
