Roger Deck cofounded Traferox in 2021 and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Since its inception, Mr. Deck has been responsible for maintaining the Company’s financial structure, reporting systems, and development of the Company’s overall finance function.
Prior to Traferox, Mr. Deck spent a total of 13 years at Novadaq Technologies Inc., either as CFO or Vice President of Operations. During his time as CFO of NOVADAQ, Mr. Deck built the financial and compliance systems necessary for being a TSX- and NASDAQ-traded company, led the public company financial reporting process (financial audits, taxes, etc.), and led financial due diligence in relation to capital raising and mergers and acquisitions activities. Previously Roger worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he earned his CPA designation.
